CHOICE OF LAW.  The Site is controlled by Point de Vue Communications, Inc. from within the State of Wisconsin. By accepting this Agreement, you agree that the laws of the State of Wisconsin shall govern all matters relating to this Agreement and that Wisconsin law will apply and agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the State and Federal courts in Wisconsin, U.S.A. Any claim or cause of action arising from this Agreement or Site, must be commenced within one (1) year from date such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred. MISCELLANEOUS: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Point de Vue Communications, Inc. and governs your use of Site herein, and supersedes any previous such agreement, if any. This Agreement may be amended by any agreement you enter into with Point de Vue Communications, Inc. pursuant to a registration to access this Site. The failure of Point de Vue Communications, Inc. to exercise any right pursuant to this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right.
